Choosing to Lean On Culture: Bluegreen Corporation's Share Happiness
I will be co-facilitating a session at the 14th Annual Compliance and Ethics Institute sponsored by The Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. I was invited by our Ethics and Compliance educational partner, LRN, through Marsha Ershaghi-Hames, their Senior Leader of Education Advisory Services to tell the story of Share Happiness as a case study. Marsha and I will be talking about scaling culture transformation by empowering the soul of the workforce; the role of leadership as culture change agents and the components of sticky learning or the blending of learning strategies that focus on experiential learning activities.
