My goals currently center around Inspirational Leadership, developing greater depth in Human Development, adult learning and organizational performance improvement. Strongly committed to the implications of the service-profit chain and realizing value through a work environment populated with satisfied, loyal and productive associates. I believe that truly vital organizations have the potential for untapped levels of performance that capture a balance of the two ultimate outcomes of any large-scale human collaboration (i.e., organizational effectiveness and organizational health). Further, I believe that organizational health enables organizational effectiveness but not vice versa. Organizational Health is then an outcome or the collective destiny for any organization that is up to the creation of a habitat for happiness!
